If you are able to send mails using MS Outlook, you can use MS Outlook as a "Outgoing Mail Server" in cBizOne.

 

Please follow the steps in cBizOne:

 

On the main menu of cBizOne click on Tools-->Options-->Email-->Outgoing Mail Server-->Check "Use Outlook to send Mails", click OK.

 

Please make sure to have both Outlook and cBizOne open before sending mails.

 

FYI: By doing so we submit the email to Outlook Outbox folder, and Outlook delivers to your SMTP server.
